Description:
Currently opening the system dialog to save a file takes a very long time and
during this time user thinks that 'export all' doesn't work.
I suggest to show some kind of dialog to show fetching progress. And during
this time all UI elements of this query should not be available except a new
one 'Cancel Export All'.
