For unit test for the method
HadoopIgfsSecondaryFileSystemDelegateImpl.afffinity isn't useful because we
have to split/join block by {{hosts}} instead of {{nodes}} and unit tests are
run on the single host {{localhost}}. For this case a add the unit test
{{HadoopIgfsSecondaryFileSystemDelegateImplSelfTest}} that checks block
re-slicing isolated.
