Pavel, I've added instructions and other relevant information related to
default `modules\platforms\dotnet\bin\Apache.Ignite.exe` under this section [1].
Specifically, the updates were appended to the end of these blocks [2], [3] and
[4].
Please review on your side and assign on [~pgarg] for final validation.
