Resolution: Won't Fix
{{blocksize}} may be useful parameter for local secondary FS only at the
{{affinity}} method. Now, when the {{maxLen}} parameter is not defined for
{{affinity}} we use the default block size from configuration of the primary
file system. I guess this decision makes sense.
So, I guess Secondary Local file system don't require additional attribute
{{blockSize}}.
