Yes. The documentation has been obsolete for version 1.7. I've updated, please
look at it.

1) No, this parameter not needed.
2) AWS and GCE deployments based on docker and they start docker container. All
parameters desribed for docker deployment also apply to AWS and GCE. But we can
create for them separate pages. Do you think that this more appropriate?
