Vladimir Ozerov resolved IGNITE-4263.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Current heap-based variant shown bad perf due to excessive dereferencing and GC
problems. is better to keep everything offheap for now.
As far as IGNITE-4277, I managed to apply a concept similar to
{{RawComparator}} without resorting to heap-based data structures. Hence,
closing this ticket.
