1) FULL DISTRIBUTION section: it's not obvious that I should download Binary
Release rather than Source Release. Please, clarify.

Path is incorrect (there is no {{modules}} direcoty in binary distribution).
Also it would be more clear if you metion that this is about binary release.
Suggest rephrasing to something like
