    Description: It's possible to avoid any SQL querying and map some INSERT 
and MERGE statements to cache operations in a way similar to that of UPDATE and 
DELETE - i.e. don't make queries when there are no expressions to evaluate in 
the query and enhance update plans to perform direct cache operations when 
INSERT and MERGE affect columns {{_key}} and {{_val}} only.  (was: It's
