Enums are a special case when it comes to binary objects. They are written as
[int typeId, int value] and do not include hash code. However, if user sets a
custom identity resolver vi {{BinaryTypeConfiguration.EqualityComparer}}, he
may expect it to be used when {{GetHashCode}} and {{Equals}} are called in
binary form.
Investigate whether this is a right approach, add enum support to predefined
identity resolvers.
