Description:
1. Change old version of README.txt.
2. Add DEVNOTES.txt to the Ignite-Yardstick source files.
3. Add new configuration file to benchmarks/config to be able to run one
benchmark.
4. Change Yardstick framework version to run benchmarks without ssh connect to
localhost
