* Switch to Countries expand some country and then switch to Companies. All
groups are collapsed, but expand/collapse all group show collapse.
* Switch to Countries show additional columns then switch to Companies. In grid
menu this column display as showed but missing in table.
* Please try remove displayName, categoryDisplayName from column definition
using angular-translate.
* Please remove $primary-color, $background-color, $border-color in
variables.scss and use variables from bootstrap-variables.scss
