* {{ClientReconnectExample}} fixed to use {{TcpDiscoveryStaticIpFinder}}, it
does not need external nodes
* Other examples keep {{TcpDiscoveryMulticastIpFinder}}, but are tested under
{{TcpDiscoveryStaticIpFinder}}
There are still hangs caused by dynamic type registration, investigating.
