[~amashenkov], my comments:
1) {{GridLuceneIndex.query}} - is it ok that we use deprecated methods? Can we
switch to non-deprecated counterparts?
2) {{GridLuceneInputStream.slice}} - please refactor to avoid anonymous classes.
