We need to support {{Statement.cancel()}} for thin JDBC driver. Ignite already
able to cancel queries on a server side, so we should simply create new
request-response pair for this.
Special attention should be dedicated to precise specification semantics.
Namely, query could be started from the one thread, but cancelled from another.
Hence, concurrency should be implemented accurately.
