Description:
We should expose:
1) {{enforceJoinOrder}}
2) {{distributedJoins}}
3) {{replicatedOnly}}
4) {{collocated}}
As per the rest:
- {{partitions}} should be avoided for now, as they are very request-specific
- {{local}} flag cannot be supported for now, as "cacheless" query execution
cannot be executed through "local" workflow for now (we cannot determine query
parallelism)
- {{timeout}} - will be handled in another ticket.
