Actully, the problem is not with {{GetTempDirectoryName()}}, but because we
clean up old temporary directories on startup ({{TryCleanTempDirectories}}),
which interferes with other nodes (one node creates a folder, another one tries
to remove it).
{{TryCleanTempDirectories}} also runs syncronously and slows down startup when
temp dir is huge.
