Hi,
Ok, you can keep synchronized if you wish, but probably it is not really
needed. First scenario when resume is called from another before suspend
finished is incorrect API usage, second case when several threads try resume is
guarded by tx.state(ACTIVE).
Please do last TeamCity run and I'll merge changes.
