Ilya, thanks for the review. I've fixed the issue with prodVer. I also merged 
the latest changes from master and the diff with SchemaIndexCacheVisitorImpl 
has disappeared as it was fixed in the scope of IGNITE-6068.

I think it makes sense to change these maps in continuous queries as a separate 
ticket, otherwise, the change will be too intrusive and hard to verify. The 
ticket is created: IGNITE-6114
