Issue is here - 
org.apache.ignite.spi.discovery.tcp.TcpDiscoverySpi#registeredAddresses

If port is not provided in IP finder, then mentioned method adds local node 
port to the address. This is not correct. It should return many addresses that 
are different by ports growing from DFLT_PORT to local node port, e.g. 
127.0.0.1:47500, 127.0.0.1:47501, 127.0.0.1:47502 (if local node has port set 
to 47500 and has bound to 47502 which may mean that there are two more nodes on 
local host bound to 47500 and 47501).
