h2. Use Case
After starting up and activating grid user may start more brand-new nodes that
are enabled to join the grid.
However these nodes must remain in inactive state. Otherwise partitions may be
rebalanced to them and on next grid restart auto activation feature will lead
to some data being unavailable.
