Description:
After merge IGNITE-6118 and IGNITE-5233. The JDBC thin protocol compatibility
is broken.
The new client's handshake cannot be parsed by old servers because the server
fails handshake by protocol's version.
So, we have to implement compatibility handshake to support this case.
