*1-3*. Are fixed.
4. I guess if we use vendor error code for a specific case better than use
generic error. I cannot see the SQLSTATE corresponds to query cancellation at
the SQL-99. But e.g.: mysql use {{70100}} SQLSTATE code for this case.
