[~liyuj], I tried to fix the issue - removed the dependency. And mostly it 
works. However, I think we should not fix it in Ignite 2.x releases. The very 
problem is that both Spring and Indexing are very frequently used features. I 
am afraid that if we remove this dependency many existing user's Maven-based 
applications might stop working. On the other hand, it is very easy to exclude 
indexing dependency if needed manually, and we haven't heard a lot of complains 
since 2.0 release. 

For this reason I move the fix to 3.0.
