[~oleg-ostanin], everything looks good for me. These are the final things to
consider:
* create {{ignitesql.bat}} for Windows.
* share all the text of all possible error the script might throw. [~pgarg],
please review the text.
* [~pgarg], please tap out {{ignitesql.sh -h}} and review the help notice
suggesting corrections if any.
* once the three of the above are ready assign the ticket on Prachi, she will
document the tool
