Description:
For further improvement BLT it'd be great to add auto activation functionality.
It allow to reduce stuff intervention.
Next subtasks should be solved:
* To change the metasrore format. Choose a format to store a node list (whole
node list, only id+hash, etc)
* Add a BLT management to WebConsole
* Add a BLT management to CLI
* Save affinity function attributes to metastore
* Check equality configuration between metasore and XML. Reject to start a
cluster if different
