Prachi Garg commented on IGNITE-6064:
-------------------------------------

While documenting for Cluster Activation, I noticed the following usability
issues with the control.sh script:
# The message printed on executing "control.sh --activate|deactivate" command
does not make sense to the user. I can't tell if the cluster is active or not.
# The help message for "control.sh --help" is not descriptive enough. Usage
example and parameters are not explained properly.
# The stack trace as the error message is not helpful. There should be a proper
error message.

> Rework control.sh script

> Current behavior control.sh is not clear.
> 1. control.sh is a confusing name, need more suitable name.
> 2. Print help description if incorrect command was entered
> 3. Do not print stacktrace if connection fail, add more conveniently message.
> 4. Print information about connection, like "Connecting to
> [ip-address]:[port] etc."
> 5. Document the usage on a special page. Ping Denis Magda when it's time to
> do that.
