[~ptupitsyn], I see one in problem
{{ClientCacheSqlFieldsQueryRequest#process}}. If cache doesn't exist, we ignore
that fact and use schema as is, what means that query will be executed on
default schema silently - definitely not what user expected. Also we should
distinguish cases when cache ID is set, and when it is not.
