Description: There are two quite similar operations: CREATE INDEX
rebuildIndexFromHach but used approaches are absolutely different. We need to
generalize an used approach. (was: Currently on index rebuild we open a cursor
over cache keys and for each key get a full row instead of using already
extracted one. )
