How do we calculate times for other operations, on server or on client? If the
latter, then I think we can just remove `ReadOnly` times. If on server, you
should be able to easily calculate this though.
9. This is a very weird case, so I don't think it really matters. But since
this EP removes entry at the end, let's count it as removal.
10. In my view, it's a missed read and then removal. What exactly is
non-trivial here?
