How is this option related to the generic query parallelism level?

In my understanding, it's absolutely the same feature. The only difference is
that {{CacheConfiguration.queryParallelism}} is used a default value for all
the indexes while {{PARALLEL}} option makes it possible to adjust the level for
a concrete index.
