Implemented the benchmarks in [branch
ignite-7214|https://github.com/gridgain/apache-ignite/tree/ignite-7214]. Also
implemented a missing example of local FCM (for the sake of completeness).
Plan to accommodate changes to be made in yardstick and examples modules per
IGNITE-7203 and after that merge to master.
