Description:
Add tests verifying queries functionality is not broken if mvcc is enabled:
- full text indexes
- queries with indexing spi
- CacheConfiguration with setQueryParallelism
- lazy queries (SqlFieldsQuery.setLazy(true))
- collocated queries (SqlFieldsQuery.setCollocated)
- queries with cache groups
General functionality:
- make sure clean up is called when related future (query) is forcibly
(exceptionally) finished (i.e. on cache stop)
- queries without involved caches (i.e. {{SELECT 1}}) don't request MVCC version
- Mvcc coordinator assignment on cluster activate
- cache entry reload
