Guys,  this has nothing to do with OOME - it can be any other exception/error 
that can make some transaction stay forever.

As far as OOME we can ask users to add -XX:OnOutOfMemoryError="kill -9 %p" to 
JVM startup opts. [~dmagda] can you please add this to readme io docs?
