Note: Some usages of {{ConcurrentLinkedDeque8}} can't be removed without
performance degradation. E.g. {{FifoEvictionPolicy}} and {{LruEvitionPolicy}}.
So {{ConcurrentLinkedDeque8}} class still exists in code base.
