[~vozerov]: I implemented all the comments above except #12:
"{{IgniteConfigurationException}} - not clear why we need it..." I renamed
IgniteConfigurationException to ClientConfigurationException and moved it to
the client package but I keep it as a checked exception: we have a user input
parsing (list of host:port_range). Thin client applications must be able to
differentiate malformed configuration from other type of client startup errors
like connection or authentication issues.
