I've researched the builds logs and found that problem in "clean up"
preparatory steps since they aren't able to remove locked files.
AFAIK we are not able to handle such cases from the code base completely.
I think we should configure the build plan's steps to be able to clean up
locked files since we cannot guarantee their absence.
For example use plugins which can do that, like this one: [Build Files Cleaner
