Apache Ignite Nightly Release build is released. See latests

and
[changes|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewLog.html?buildId=lastSuccessful&buildTypeId=Releases_NightlyRelease_RunApacheIgniteNightlyRelease&tab=buildChangesDiv].
Yet some testing is still required.
