Tested on Windows
Failed under Mac. Failed to check Java version.
We have to use another condition 'JAVA_VER=`"$JAVA" -version 2>&1 | egrep
"1\.[78]\.|9\.*"`'
Due to 'java -version' returns 9.x.x
The same issue under Ubuntu
