Transactions sometimes don't stop on timeout. Speaking more detailed,
{{GridNearOptimisticTxPrepareFuture}} and
{{GridNearOptimisticSerializableTxPrepareFuture}} has {{keyLockFut}} field that
can remain uncompleted after timeout occured.
