[~dmitrievanthony], is this the only class of neural networks we're planning to 
support? If it's just the beginning and there will be much more DL related 
algorithms and techniques then I would leave "Multilayer Perceptron" as is and 
do one of the following:
* Have "Deep Learning" page with some high-level summary and turn "Multilayer 
Perceptron" page into a sub-page.
* Create a Deep Learning section similar to Machine Learning Grid one, add an 
Overview page there and move Multilayer Perceptron there as well.

What do you think works best for us?

Btw, please assign all the documentation tickets on [~pgarg] for review once 
you finish them.
