[~NIzhikov], well, currently we are testing with VS2010, but we should support
last versions as well. Is this bug affects many versions of `boost`? I'm not
sure we want to support all of them. This seems as a boost issue to me. Maybe
we should mention that there is an issue with this version in \{{DEVNOTES.txt}}.
