I made changes for {{IgniteAtomicSequence}}, {{IgniteCountDownLatch}},
{{IgniteSemaphore}} and {{IgniteLock}}. This data structures are vulnerable to
a race condition. {{IgniteAtomicLong}} was fixed before by ticket IGNITE-7845.
{{IgniteSet}} and {{IgniteQueue}} makes requests to distributed cache when we
try to get these data structures, so it's not necessary to fix tests for these
structures.
