I've updated the [JDBC Driver

Please take a look at:
- URL format pattern is changed (URL query & semicolon pattern)
- multiple endpoint list (URL pattern)
- 'Failover connection' section.
- 'Connecting with Ignite DataSource' section. I guess we shouldn't provide
detailed description for all properties of the DataSource class at the readme
doc. Because it will be available at the JavaDoc v2.5.
