[~pgarg], system creates ignite/ignite user on server, but ODBC by default will 
not be able to connect to such a server, as ODBC does not have any credentials 
set by default (i.e., there are empty strings passed as "user" and "password" 
if user has not explicitly set these arguments in the connection string).
