[~dpavlov] could you please review & push this small changes to master?
Unfortunately, I wan't able to emulate this behaviour in tests, I would really
appreciate if you advise how to drop
TcpDiscoveryJoinRequestMessage message in a test in ServerImpl. I haven't found
how to do this with extending TcpDiscoverySpi and I'm not sure that it's
possible at all.
