Amelchev Nikita resolved IGNITE-7024.

Resolution: Won't Fix
I tested cache operations in yardstick. The results showed that there is a 5%
increase in throughput on text data and enabled SSL. But on real user data, the
throughput is reduced and there is no overall profit. I marked the issue as
won't fix.
