I am still working on this issue. The Apache flink 1.3 didn't allowed handlers
to sources running inside StreamExecutionEnvironment and as a result causing
unit tests to fail with timeout exceptions.
We do not want to use static stopped field as that would result in only one
IgniteSource and single cache.
I will reevaluate the solution with latest flink binary and validate.
