Summary: Move transaction recovery logging to INFO level

Currently we log transaction recovery state changes to {{DEBUG}}, however, this
information is critically important for production deployment and incident
analysis. I suggest to move corresponding logging
({{GridCacheTxRecoveryFuture}} and surrounding code) to {{INFO}} level.
