Description:
JCache TCK 1.1 now have test for CacheClusterMetricsMXBeanImpl#clear(), but we
currently throw UnsupportedOperationException.
*UPD1:*
There are two options how we can fix the problem:
# May be we can use local MXBean for this test.
# Add the way to clean metrics on cluster.
