As a user of the test logger being designed I'd prefer the simplest yet
universal API, e.g. {{listen(IgniteBiInClosure<Level, String>)}}. To mitigate
performance consequences we can add the methods to turn any log level on an
off. And also, I believe the number of listeners attached in practice would be
very small. Ultimately, we can put all listeners into a single list and provide
the user with a convenient API. Of course, inadequate logger settings can lead
to performance degradation, but it's not a big problem since we deal with test
framework only.
[~agura], what is your judgement on the alternatives from the last two comments?
